today was a nice day and perfect to go and get the van interior done.  there was a few people ahead of me and he told me about a 45 min wait.   then he said that he thought I was bringing in a Mini van and said my van would cost more depending on the work needed..  and he proceeded to look at what I wanted done.  Shampooing of the carpet would be extra.  I agreed..   he came back a few mins later and told me that he would do it for the price he first quoted to me.. Even though I told him it was not necessary, he said no  he would do it for the first quote.   40 mins later he was working on my van.  He said it would take about an hour.  one hour later, he called me over to inspect the van..  I was impressed!!!  no more food, no more dog hair, and it smelled wonderful!!!  it looked brand new!!!   WILL use him again!!
