Restoration service was much longer than promised. Many original representations made were later never done fully or were actually denied having been said. This company originally promised a lot to get the restoration contract for our entire 160 unit coop complex and then either went back on its promises or denied ever making the promises. Lost a clothes dryer and washer dryer stack stand that we had to replace at our cost. The company cut corners to make a profit and did shoddy work. Its representatives were hardly reachable and had to be tracked down to get them to deal with problems.
