The storage facility is about 2 miles from where I lived and it took me 10 minutes to arrive. They took about 30 minutes (even though we left at the same time) and then they got lost in the storage facility and were roaming around on foot when I found them.
It really seemd like they were dragging their feet because the move was not taking as long as expected. They got a little too comfortable and one of them was even on the phone with his girlfriend while moving the boxes from the front of the facility to the storage pod.
As for the charges the hourly rate seems reasonable, however, they add a Travel charge ($150) and charge extra for a flat screen $75.
When they finished they pointed out that they finished an hour earlier than the estimate. I think they thought that proved they did a great job.... For this price I think I can do better somewhere else, so I will not be using them again.
