recently had the pleasure of using Triple S Carpet to clean six of my area rugs, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. With pets in the house, I know carpets need an extra deep cleaning, and Triple S Carpet delivered exactly that. When my area rugs were returned, they smelled like fresh spring meadows—absolutely delightful! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Steve Jr., who went above and beyond to address an issue with the fringe on my Arabian carpet. Despite my last service seeing the fringe unraveling, Steve Jr. replaced it twice at no charge, demonstrating exceptional customer care and commitment to quality. His dedication truly reflects the high standards of Triple S Carpet. I highly recommend Triple S Carpet for their fantastic service, attention to detail, and excellent customer support. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Very pleasant and helpful woman on the phone gave me service levels and pricing options for two oriental rugs and three pieces of furniture. Service call made to house, rugs were dropped off and were ready for pick up ~1 week later. Rugs look great.

Job was done on time and on budget. Not a simple repair - cord on a roman shade/curtain needed redoing. We have used this company in past for carpet and drape cleaning, shades, shade repair and they do great work at a fair price.

I think the workmanship was okay. The time to do the work was a little lengthy. Since they were doing the fringes at the end, I asked them particularly to make it look like the other side and they didn't really do that. The price was fair, The quality of the work was good. They're pretty professional people in terms of their demeanor.

I called the office to ask some questions and eventually made an appointment. The woman I dealt with was very courteous and professional (and made me laugh too). She explained the costs and said the technician would make the final calculation. The technician was very professional and seemed very thorough. The final cost was actually below the estimate. I gave price a B because you can't "see" the fabric protection until you need it. I hope to never see if it truly works. :-)
