TEED & BROWN INC

We had them for about a year before having an incident. We called up the office before our upcoming appointment to delay it since we had some wildlife nesting in our lawn, we explained why we were delaying and didn’t think much more of it after receiving a confirmation during the call. The day of the originally scheduled appointment they show up anyway. During their initial walk of the property they proceed to find the wildlife nest (rabbits) and intentionally kick the nest until the rabbits all fled. I then have the two male members of the crew on video talking about how they alternatively would have killed them if they didn’t run. Just great people here… We proceed to confront them and they told us they noticed the longer grass around the nest plus the carrots around the lawn and yet still proceeded to kick the nest for whatever reason these younger adults decided was fitting. I called up the office to immediately cancel my service and was told I would be called back by a manger. This was about the only thing that went right - I was called back within an hour or so. The manager spent the first few minutes of the call defending his staff (he said he reached out to them for their story) since all supervisors are “trained to deal with wildlife”. I informed him we spoke with the office that we cancelled this service specifically because of the wildlife but they still showed up and destroyed the nest. I’m done with them, going to another provider for ~40% less and I’ll deal with the results. At least I’ll have the added benefit of not having my wildlife killed

I tried all the major lawn companies, and without hesitation these guys are far the best I have worked with. They know what they are doing, and I find them to be hardworking and a pleasure to be a customer. They spotted my problem with my Lawn immediately while the other companies did not. I trusted them right from the start. Now we are going into the 4 application and my Lawn looks terrific, never looked so good and that’s not a false statement whatsoever. I’ll keep. You all posted in the spring and see what happens.

They ruined my lawn in 8 weeks

Teed & Brown is outstanding at what it does. They've made my lawn a showpiece. It's free from weeds and critters. It's green and very attractive. They use only materials that are environmentally acceptable. Their personnel, both in the field and in the office, are exceptionally knowledgeable, also very neat, courteous, and considerate. They may charge more than other folks, but I feel the modest difference is more than worth it because of the quality of the results.

They sent two guys. They were were absolutely professional and did and excellent job. Very thorough. I have a lot of shade in my back yard so that area, especially, needed seeding. I would recommend Teed and Brown in a minute. I keep getting solicitations from other companies. I don't even compare costs because I am very please with this service and results.

Great. This company is responsive, knowledgeable,prompt, and my lawn improved 100%. Prices are fair and all the service people are informed and thorough.

Originally I intended to hire Teed & Brown for one year. They would get my lawn back up and then I would take it over. But they have been so responsive and the lawn looks so good that it just doesn't make sense to take it away from them. I can focus on other things.

It was a difficult season with the lack of rain and restrictions on watering. Teed and Brown were super attentive but I think Mother Nature was working against them. The results were good, but I believe can be better. Weeds were a definite improvement.

Our lawn is consistently one of the healthiest looking in the neighborhood and often does not dry out when our neighbors do as soon as the heat of summer comes. We ge erally have few weeds or areas of crabgrass. Teed & Brown did tell us it would take a few seasons to start seeing full results and our expectations were right in line with the results. They were honest about areas they could not improve (due to roots systems from anexisting treeline) and did not include that area in our square footage since treating it would be a waste of our money. Angela in the office is very responsive and Chris Teed is very knowledgeable and willing answer questions. I really like how they break down each treatment or service tvat they recommend so you can skip things you may not be able to afford (e.g. they recommend and quote annual aeration but you can opt out oe choose bi-annual if you like). I'm very happy with Teed & Brown, especially because it is better for the environment and my family!

My Lawn is the envy of the neighborhood, emerald green and lush- no weeds. Teed and Brown is professional in all they do and I give them an overall 5 star rating.

IT'S BEEN VERY POSITIVE. THEY TAKE CARE OF IT. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT. THEY'RE VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR WORKERS ARE COLLEGE EDUCATED IN LAWN CARE.
