Therefore, they went ahead wired my entire home! They did a remarkable job and were super super clean throughout the process.
in the end, I wouldn't think of using anyone else for my electrical work.
You won't be disappointed !!
Basically, Bill is your dream contractor. Honest, forthright, professional, knowledgeable, skilled and punctual. Bill is pleasant, easy to understand and fair.
In addition, the work that was done was by another person, who was also skilled and friendly, knowledgeable and accessible.
So why not straight A's across the board? Well, they have issues with responsiveness. They acknowledged that this is a problem and apologized, but still, getting these guys to respond was bordering on "are these guys alive or dead." Still, there are a ton of reasons why they could have had issues- including the fact that this was right around the time that New Canaan had massive snow storms, electrical outages, a ton of people were catching the flu, etc. But all of the anxiety with respect to whether the work would be completed could have been solved by a 3 sentence email.
Anyway, the bottom line:
1. Tarala is the best electrical contractor we've ever dealt with - from a work quality, price, and knowledge standpoint.
2. They could definitely use some help in the responsiveness department.
