After drying the car, the washers noticed road tar around my wheel well and went out of their way to remove it.

The staff was professional and very efficient. I was met at the door by the service manager and he provided excellent estimates of how long everything would take, and offered to call with updates. He called twice - once to provide an update on the service and then again when it was done. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

The experience didn't start out very well but it ended up OK. When I went in, I had never been there before and I drove my car in. It was in this big open garage area and there was no indication of what the procedure was. I didn't know what to do and there was nobody around to find out, so I just hung out for a while until somebody walked by. It was an uncomfortable situation. Eventually, I got it squared away and they changed my oil and sent me through the car wash, and when I went down to the end to pay, the guy asked me how it all worked out and if I was happy there. I told him the whole story and he goes, "I'm the manager here, and I want you to be happy. I'm gonna take care of it." He kind of made me think that he was going to address that, but I haven't been back to find out. I give them credit for trying, but there was still bird poop on my car after the car wash.

There is always professionalism by all staff when you go to have your car washed at this facility. The rug detailing that they have done for me was immaculate. Rug smelled great and was super clean. Their general wash of your vehicle inside and out is always done in a great fashion.
