5 Star service EXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end it was perfection...We have dealt with so many lousy contractors for one thing or another in the past...that i was bowled over by the great job Jim and his workers did. Clean, neat, on time, fast and the roof looks wonderful. we had our first test the next day with torrential rain...no problems....i didnt expect any problems anyway.i know this sounds over the top but that is exactly how Sound Renovation is over the top in quality and workmanship...Would recommend them without hesitation to my friends and neighbors Joe and Eleanore Dilello
The way Jim coordinated the siding project was very impressive:
-His crew arrived every morning promptly at 8am and began to work, even when the weather was very cold and rainy.
-The crew which ranged from 4-7 people depending on the day and scope of work, were all very friendly and neat.
-Jim stopped by several times a day to check on the crew and insure things were being done as meticulous as possible.The way his workers applied the siding was clearly a process that not any contractor can do despite what some might tell you. Every course of siding lined up perfectly and the finished product looks fantastic.
I highly recommend Sound Renovation and Jim DePasquale for his great pricing and superb product. We will absolutely utilize his services for roofing or siding in the future.
