The Shelving itself is excellent although very expensive. They did call to let me know they were running late. The installer unfortunately made me very uncomfortable. Screws to hold shelves in place broke through the outside of the cabinet in a couple of places, so have to be careful when cleaning, as I discovered a few months later when I cut my hand on a screw. They are not easily visible, rather when you run your hand over the cabinet wall, you will feel them. I didn't want the installer back, so I never called them back to fix it.

Installation was great. No problems since we had them installed, a few years ago. Shelves are much easier to access. We also had Shelf Genie install shelves in our Florida home. Installer noticed that we needed a panel on the end of our kitchen island, and he did that also.

It went very well. The gentleman I dealt with was honest, sincere and very accommodating. He was not a "high-pressured" salesperson and was very personable to deal with. I would like to mention that I did pass on this information a few years ago when I was a member of "ANGIE'S LIST"!! Professional installer returned with customized shelf genie products built to perfection. Installer was one of the most professional contractors to be in my home. Everythging is perfect and several years later it is still some of the best money I have ever spent on my home.

It went great. The new drawers were well made. The installer worked around my schedule to take the measurements and do the actual install. He did a great job on the install and the cleanup afterward. Overall it was a great experience and it has made my storage space much more useful and accessible.

A salesman came to the house and described the product and process. We agreed to have six base cabinet drawers made and installed. The salesman took preliminary measurements. A couple of weeks a installer came to take exact measurements. He was on time, polite and professional. Several weeks the installer came back with the drawers. One did not fit. He called the company and a discussion ensued. The company agreed to make a new drawer. The drawer was installed a couple of weeks later. The drawers high quality however pricey.

The gentlemen that came out was very helpful and professional and not high pressured. I'm very happy with them. My kitchen had a hidden corner and I couldn't get back there to see what I had and they were able to help me.
