However, when my alarm didn't pass the weekly test, NOBODY contacted me. A week later, my alarm panel showed a red light so I called THEM and was told about the failure of the test. They never cared to contact me about it - so I guess someone could have cut the wires and we could have all been dead here - but they didn't care to contact anyone. I was stuck in the 5 year contract and finally just got out. I would never suggest their services to any of my friends.
