Max came twice to my house - once to diagnose the issue, and once to repair the oven after the needed parts came in. He was friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, efficient, and he did excellent work - he helped us out in a time of need, and we are incredibly grateful for his efforts. PMX was responsive to both emails and phone calls, and made their best efforts to get us back up and running as quickly as possible.

I was told that the ice maker had to be replaced. I was charged a service call and the cost of a new part. The total bill came to approximately $900. The part worked for 8 months and then failed. I called PMX that they would charge me $175 for a service call to look at the problem plus parts and labor. The warranty on the replaced part was only good for 60 days. So I wound up paying $900 to get the ice maker to work for 8 months. There was virtually no good will in telling me that they would at least take a look at the part (with no service charge) to see what the problem might be) and then discuss a possible charge. Another repair company told me that the part should have been warrantees for 1 year. Very disappointing

The repair was completed but it took a lot of diagnostic testing and the issue in the end was only the power cord. So the repair cost more that I was expecting.

Originally we called another company and had a wait period of 4 weeks. We called PMX and they were able to schedule our repair in less than a week. They also called the day before to reconfirm. Max, the service manager, was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. My oven was repaired in a flash and he was extremely considerate when entering our home (wore booties to keep our floors dry from the rain). I would definitely use their services again!

We had an amazing experience with PMX Appliance Repair. I called and they were at our home within hours and managed to fix our dryer on the spot. Max was professional, pleasant and just all around knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Also worth mentioning was very safe with booties and a mask given COVID. 5 stars - will definitely use them again.

My Dishwasher was broken, and I wasnt sure what the problem was. So I called all around norwalk, PMX appliance repair came in the same day , Had my dishwasher working better than before! Definitely will be calling for future repairs .
