It was a winter emergency. Pipes burst in tow zones. Rob could not come out that day but coached me through how I could isolate the zones and minimize any damage. He and his assistant came out the next day and fixed both issues. He was responsive, helpful and professional as any contractor could be. Despite the fact he was working 20 hours a day, he charged me a fair price. I will use him again anytime I need plumbing work.

Very good and fast. Dean, the plumber that came was not only successful, but was very personable and funny! My daughter and I had some laughs at some stories and photos he showed us of much worse plumbing problems than ours :-).

They were awesome, and very professional. They were on time, which was nice. The lines were copper and they had great follow up to make sure that everything is going well after the service. The work was of great quality and we've even received comments from other contractors about the work.

We have service contract with Standard Oll, when they sent out a repair man to look at our water heater he told us that we would need to replace the circulator and would need to get a plumber to do so, he said the part itself would probably be about $600 and then the labor would be another $200 most likely. We called Rob at Plumbing Works, because we have used him before and have found him to be extremely honest and fair. Rob came out immediately, replaced the part and took care of some other issues while he was there. We were expecting a bill upwards of $1,000 - to our pleasant surprise the bill was $502. He's great!

Called him yesterday, he came this morning (saturday) right on time. Fixed the problem. Talked to us about other issues he found and which we will eventually need to remedy, but he was not pushing us to do the work. Very nice guy, seemed to know what he was talking about. His cost was very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
