Their guarantee is worthless. Their shoddy and unprofessional work caused an internal leak which
damaged the roof structure.
 They were asked to come back and they COULD
NOT repair the leak in 3 attempts.
 When they (Phil's) beacame verbally
abusive and threatening they were dismissed and reported to the police !
 Another Roofing Company was able to fix the damage and leak in 1 visit...but I had to pay for this!
DO NOT USE Phil's Main Roofing...their guarantee is WORTHLESS and they become nasty when challenged !

They quoted us $90 per hour per man on the roof. Two workers spent about 45 minutes cleaning our roof. They did an ok job cleaning the roof, however in the process they damaged a lamp and caused a downpipe to fall down. We only noticed the downpipe. When asked to fix it, they told us that the downpipe is full of ice and we should call them when the ice has melted so that they can come back and put it up. After they left, we noticed the damaged lamp. We called them and asked them to come back and fix it. They did the next day. After a couple of weeks, we got a bill for $760. They charged us for 2 hours each time they came at (now) $95/hour per person. After calling again, they agreed that we should not be paying to fix the lamp they broke, but that we still owe them for 2 hours for the first time they came. Apparently, they charge for travel time there and back. Not too unusual, but that had not been made clear to us. A couple of weeks later, we wanted them to come back and put up the downpipe. They told us they would have to charge us to do that. In our opinion, this was not a stellar experience and we will not used them again. But if you like this sort of service, give them a call!
