Couldn’t be happier! They were able to come the next day, and worked with me on scheduling the time. The tech moved the structure (and put it back), and was able to clear the drain. Also went above and beyond to clear the debris (leaves, mud) in the immediate vicinity to prevent it from re-clogging the drain.

They come once a month. You buy oil from them and then you do an contract and they set the price for oil per gallon. Then you have a year contract for oil delivery. In the east coast you have really bad winters so you have to have oil, because that's how you have heat. They sell a service contract. So if something is going on with your furnace in a winter they come out. The only reason you have the service is because you have the contract for oil. You call them they come to your house right away. I only pay for the oil. It depends on the oil you used the year before. It depends on what price you negotiate at the begining of the contract for oil.

I buy a contract with them. They come out 24/7 if I need them. It is like a service contract. They special supply my oil for my heat. They are professional. I would recommend them because they are professional, good prices, service and everything.

They come out and check my equipment to make sure that it is working right. We also use them for heating. They supply my oil and they do the total maintenance thing on my furnace. I have a contract. I forget what I pay for it. They will come out for my air conditioning and they will come back anytime I need them as part of the service contract.

I came across them from a referral from a friend. They have a really good response, a few years ago my furnace stopped working and they came out the same day. That was good. Something they could improve on is their price. They are open 24/7, so it's very convenient. Their communication is good.

Fine. The issue I have it is supposed to the annual, but they do not contact you to let you know it is time. It is up to the customer. Once, you call, they are not available for a couple of months to have a service scheduled. In an emergency, they are great.

They sent one technician and it took two and a half hours. The area was left very clean. They are timely and come when they say they are going to come. They are thorough and professional.

For many years, service was great. In recent years, less experienced techs were sent out on jobs who did not do the expected high quality work. Connections left unconnected, confusion over how to diagnose and complete work, more visits due to problems not solved successfully. If the call request was not covered by contract, the wait for a tech could be weeks. No cost adjustment for early termination of contract.

BASIC SERVICE WENT WELL. OLDER, EXPERIENCED TECHS WERE RELIABLE AND GREAT. APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO, SERVICE TECHS WERE INEPT, UNRELIABLE, AND UNSUCCESSFUL. HOURS OF TIME AND LABOR ON SITE W/OUT SUCCESS. E.G. AFTER ONE SERVICE CALL TO INSTALL NEW COMPRESSORS, THE SERVICE PEOPLE LEFT W/OUT RECONNECTING THE FURNACE. SHELL REPAIRS.

Great. Prompt visit for quote, they were here in a week and installed new tank in VERY tight quarters. Excellent and I would definitely use them again. We never run out of hot water any more.
