The experience was scary movie-bad. The office smells like an ashtray, and several employees smoked while "servicing" me. The office isn't open during some posted hours (Sat.). Worst of all, the staff botched the programming job entirely, and in return for the mistake offered to pay only the sales tax. It could not have been worse, and when the time comes to replace this door, there is no way I'll use Overhead Door Co.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY NEGOTIATED A PRICE FOR THE JOB, AND THEY WORKED WITH WHAT WE NEEDED AND WHAT WE HAD. IT IS MUCH SUPERIOR TO WHAT I HAD. IT IS QUIET. IT'S NOT NOISY. IT HAS EXTRA SAFETY FEATURES IT DIDN'T HAVE BEFORE.

I THINK IT WAS EXCELLENT AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. I HAD A TWO CAR GARAGE, AND WE BROUGHT IT DOWN TO A ONE CAR GARAGE. THEY TOLD ME WHEN THEY WERE COMING AND WERE THERE. THEY WERE ALL COURTEOUS AS WERE THE SALESMEN.

THE OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY PROVIDED US WITH TWO NEW BEAUTIFUL GARAGE DOORS. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE EAGER TO PLEASE AND RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND MADE TIMELY ADJUSTMENTS WHEN NEEDED.
