I called them twice in 30 years. They repaired and adjusted the garage door, fixed a broken spring mechanism, lubricated a door and adjusted springs that help in lifting heavy wooden doors. They have always been very helpful. I have heard my friends complaining about the people they get for their garage doors. I feel I have been lucky getting the right people for my garage doors.

Things went well. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He came out to the house to measure and offered advice as to style, type and price. He provided written estimates of several door types and willingly answered all questions. After placing the order, there was some question as to when the doors would be available, but it turned out to be only a few weeks as they had originally indicated. Installation was efficient and quick just a few hours one morning, and the work site was totally clean.

THEIR REPAIRS ARE SUPERFICIAL ,AND I KEEP BRINGING THEM BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO REPAIR THE SAME THING. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEES. I FELT IT SHOULD IT BEEN HAVE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER A GUARANTEE, BUT THEY FOUND SOME LOOPHOLE SO THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR WORK.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS WONDERFUL. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, BUT ONCE THEY DID, THEY MET MY EXPECTATIONS OF QUALITY AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.
