The marble countertop of our our master bathroom sink had been etched in areas and the finish was uneven.  Jay refinished / re-polished the countertop and it looks like the day it was installed.  He also cleaned up and resealed the tumbled marble on our shower floor, and re-grouted the area.  I wasn't expecting much as the tile had seriously faded since its installation in 2008, but Jay brought it back to looking like new as well.
Jay responded to us the same day that we contacted him.  He had an opening the following day and completed the work in one visit.  To say he is prompt, professional and talented is an understatement... he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows.

Excellent.  Jay responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled my appointment right away.  I was able to text him a picture of my kitchen countertop to get the estimate.  He showed up, did the work, and left me with a beautifully restored granite countertop.  Very friendly and did a great job.  My countertop looks like new.  Very happy. :)
