"I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the price. Sometimes a lot more goes into a job than the results show. Here are the technician's comments: Turn off water main drain water lines in house and replace leaking, nipple and angle stop. Installed new angle stop, toilet supply tube and 3/8" chrome nipple; also installed escutcheon on water line. Toilet on 2nd floor: turn on water, check for leaks, all okay. We did adjust the price as you stated and I hope that you are satisfied with the quality of the work."
"Thanks for leaving the review but I believe you've got us confused with another company. Kaiser-Battistone provides plumbing and septic services throughout Fairfield County."
"As a first time customer we'd like to welcome you to Kaiser-Battistone and thank you for your business! We'll see you in a couple of years for the next tank cleaning."
"Thanks for being a loyal customer. Happy Holidays!"

"Thank you! Glad we could help out!"
"Thank you for your kind words! It was our pleasure to be of service!"
"Thanks for the review. We really strive to make it look like we were never there after having dug up a septic tank."
"Thank you! We appreciate your continued business and for placing confidence in our company."
"We are sorry that you're unhappy with the price. As you know, our technician assessed the situation, provided you with options where appropriate and gave you a firm upfront price that you approved before commencing with the work. It is easy for another service provider to say a price is high (or low) when looking at it from a distance. When someone contracts with us they are licensed, insured and trained technicians and they are backed up by our warranties. We may not be the least expensive (or most) but we are the best at what we do."
"I'm sorry that the number didn't work for you. We will send you a refund for the amount of the Angie's List discount."
