Jia Hua, Architect

We just finished our house renovation last month. I can't emphasize the importance of the role Jia Hua played in the whole process. We aimed to start the renovation last year, however for reasons I don't want to specify here, we needed to discontinue the contract with the prior architect we hired. Our project was delayed and we didn't have a plan/drawing yet at the beginning of this year. Jia Hua was referred to me by a friend after my numerous failed attempts to hire another architect. After the first onsite meeting, we knew we found the right person. Jia Hua is very professional and very intelligent. She is a good listener and also highly creative. In the design, she incorporated all our needs in such a nice way that we would have never thought of ourselves. Jia Hua is also committed to her responsibilities. As you know every town has different codes and Hua Jia didn't have experience working for project in my town before. She spent time researching the codes and discussing with the town officials to ensure the design get approved on time with no issue. We got our permit earlier than expected. And Jia Hua's help doesn't end when her contract duties were satisfied. She answered a lot of our questions and builder's questions during the building process. With her help, we are able to finish the project ahead of time. We deeply appreciate the quality work and help Jia Hua provided and I strongly recommend her if you need help in design and permit for house renovation/building.

It was excellent. They were very comfortable to work with, very professional, quick idea, they had a very good design and they were on time.
