Absolutely horrible contractor. Outdoor house paint touch up and trim repairs took over 2 months to complete. Begs for progress payments despite lack of progress and outside the contract he presented. Excuse after excuse, sick, my dog died, etc. On top of being a complete liar, Jose's work is worse than a 2 year old with a paintbrush. Constant shortcuts and hiding of screw ups. He repainted our shutters, lost some of the hardware and actually nailed them to the house in areas behind shrubs where he thought I wouldn't see it while forgetting one which is how I discovered it since it was crooked and falling off. Further discovered rotted wood and unhanded surface prep in same area he didn't fix. I have hired someone else to fix his work and am seriously considering suing him out of principal so he doesn't do this to anyone else. Don't just walk but run from this guy!
