Brought computers that had been "fixed" by another well known retailer. I was assured that they would be able to repair the problems. Instead, they suggested that I buy 2 new hard drives (which I did). This didn't solve the problem. Aside from their terrible follow-up (non existent) they lost all of my program disks. Very disappointing experience.

Best Buy did not stand by their service agreement. The only way they would get the repair done under the warranty was to send it back and I would have to wait for 2 weeks. This was unacceptable to me, and also didn't follow what the service agreement entailed. It's a farce and a fraud because they would charge $100 just to diagnose the problem with no guarantee of saving my data. This is greed at its finest. I finally did have them send the computer back for the repair. I had to wait the 2 weeks, and when it came back, it broke again, and I had to go through the whole process again. I did not have to pay.

THEY TOOK TWO VISITS BECAUSE I HAD A PROBLEMS STILL AFTER THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME. THEY CAME OUT AND THEY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I LIKED HOW I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO THEM.
