+ -1 moreSonny promised to repair both trees before I returned from a 3 week vacation--but never repaired the trees. I called him every two weeks, and he would only return my phone calls when I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau--but never completed the job -- AFTER ONE YEAR! I filed a complaint against Sonny / Everything Outdoors with the BBB, and he never responded to THEM. I am now considering going to small claims court.
Description of Work: I hired Sonny from Everything Outdoors to repair two trees whose limbs had fallen in a recent storm. He quoted me $600 to cable two (high) oak tree limbs--which he would subcontract to a colleague. He demanded payment before the work was complete--because it was a subcontract job. I had hired Sonny in the past without incident--so I paid him up front.
