We have been going to Keal and his team at European Auto for a while. They are good, trustworthy group of guys. I would recommend them to anyone over any dealership.

I was able to get a quick appointment and an honest assessment of the suggested work by my dealership.
I was able to put off things that were not immediate needs and took care of the urgent matters. Work was done by the end of the day and was given full disclosure on the work performed as well as the parts replaced.
I will certainly be back for the other work in the future.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked. The mechanic checked everything out and told me I still had 10,000 miles left on the current pads.
While they had the car they replaced my rear bushings on the sway bar which stopped an annoying noise that I had grown accustomed to - It's nice now that the noise is gone!
These guys are the best! - They are professional- and reasonable.
They will not sell you something you don't need. I won't bring my car anywhere else.

European Auto Center Repair Inc. They are great. They are very good. I'm going there on Friday. I had an oil change probably within the last month. I think it's under $100. They are very fair incredibly fair.

The best auto repair center we have ever been to. They are honest, hard-working, straight forward people who have so much business but are still able to do the repairs on time and in the time span they estimate. Before our first visit there, we called around for pricing of a repair. Being familiar with cars, I already knew how much the repair should cost. We had multiple places quoting anywhere from 25% to 200% more than what the repair should cost. I called this place and they were right on target. After receiving excellent service, repair, and treatment (especially since I'm a woman), I was happy to have another repair scheduled with them. And again, they were able to schedule me within a couple days, completely fair and resonable price for the service, and come service day, they got the car in and taken care of as they said they would. And now both our cars are running like new. We are so grateful for this place!

These guys are great! I had an overheating problem, which initially was diagnosed as a seized water pump. When they got to it, they discovered a seized tensioner pulley. That's what they replaced, and that's what I was charged for.This is not the first time they honestly took care of a problem, not running up the bill.I've been back a few times with two cars, and don't see myself going anywhere else.

The car was completely empty of oil, and Keall was able to ascertain that it wasn't any particular leak. But the car is old and hadn't had the oil checked in so long that it burnt through it. Oops.

"Keel" and I discussed the symptoms before I brought it in. He is clearly very informed about BMW's of my car's vintage (E38). He also prepared me for problems he might find once he had the driveshaft off the vehicle, but as it turned out, only the aforementioned services were necessary. Because parts had to be ordered, the car was in the shop for 3 days. Keel called every day to update me, and when the work was done the car ran great. Once the work was done, there was a problem where the instrument panel and console did not agree on what gear the car was in. Other shops would have claimed the problem was unrelated to the work they did. Keel offered to take the car back immediately and fix it while I waited, which he did. I was very happy with the experience and more importantly, feeling confident the work was done right.

It was a very positive experience. As a matter of fact, they have become my new primary mechanic. They are a small mechanic shop that can work on BMW's, which is a big plus. I don't have to go to a dealer and spend a lot of cash. They are highly skilled with BMW's and Saabs, which is what we have. It's hard to tell what the quality of the work is, because I haven't been able to drive my car.

This was one of those hidden electrical problems that take a while to diagnose as they never happen at the car repair shop. Keal, Chris and Joe were deligent, listened to what I was saying, kept the car and tried to recreate the problem. The found the problem and fixed it.

They are very good there. They are easy to talk to and since we use them often, they are very fair with us. I like that they don't usually make any mistakes when working on our vehicle and their quality of work is always pretty good. They have had some difficulty with some more complicated problems with my vehicle, but generally, they do a good job.
