"I am wondering in (Member Name) has the correct company, there is an Ed's Garage Door Company based out of Norwalk, CT. We do not do repairs in Connecticut and I do not have a customer with the last name of (Member Name) on either the day of posting or the day that said the work was completed. It is my feeling at this time, based on the lack of information that I can find on this service call, that we did not do this repair and (Member Name) has the wrong company."
