For over 40 years, Dube Appliance Service, an owner operated business, has been servicing Sub-Zero products for most of Fairfield County CT, with honest, fast, professional, courteous service. Because I work exclusively on Sub-Zero, I carry more Sub-Zero parts than other companies who work on multiple brands, and I arrive with a fully stocked truck, ready for any type of problem you are experiencing, fixing the problem on the first appointment, 99% of the time. Dube Appliance returned my call the same day and was at my house the next day. They had the parts they needed in their truck and had my freezer fixed and running in 30 mins. I was very pleased with their response time and service. I would definitely recommend them!

Mark Dube is an excellent resource for Angie's List. He is reliable, efficient, professional and courteous. We called him Sunday PM and he returned our call early Monday AM. He arrived when he said he would. Mark and his assistant, Matthew, made the necessary repairs promptly, professionally and neatly. I highly recommend Dube Appliance Service.

Freezer had stopped working numerous times in the past few weeks. We called Mark out to take care of it, which he did A+! - Answered phone on our first call (a Saturday morning) - Came out within a couple of hours and arrived exactly when he said he would - Quickly diagnosed the problem in way that gave us tremendous faith in his knowledge and approach - Spotted some other potential problems and fixed those before they cost us hundreds or thousands of dollars along the way - Done in under an hour - fixed and running smoothly I would 100% recommend Mark. Mark Dube only works on Sub Zero appliances, and this is clearly reflected in his work, he knew my refrigerator inside and out. He did not charge a diagnostic fee (which was a mandatory $135 with the top recommended service/sales shop through Sub Zero). He was able to correctly diagnose the problem over the phone, which he verified when he showed up. He was prompt, showing up within seconds of when he said he'd be there. He was professional, explaining anything I had questions about, and his service was top notch. He really was a nice guy, his work was top quality, and I would not hesitate calling him next time I need service on my refrigerator or recommending him to anyone who needs Sub Zero service.

I am satisfied with their service assuming that this fix holds since he just fixed it today. It is the first time we have used them and he was perfectly friendly, helpful, and he changed the compressor and so forth. I think everything is just fine so it is a little early for me to give them a "A" just because I don't know how long it is going to last, but I might call him again if this works. The price seems a little high, but I don't have much else to go on so I can't say. They were perfectly friendly and fine. I called him today and he came today.

We called in evening, he responded early the next morning, pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone.
By 8:20 am problem was fixed.
He was reasonably priced, professional, cleaned up some water he found under the refrigerator (we had left the ice maker in overnight).
Would definitely recommend !

On first visit replaced light switch and diagnosed a leaky evaporator. Told us that warranty will reduce cost from 750. Returned with parts and quickly rebuilt the evaporator.

Service was great. Call was returned promptly. Technician had the part in stock and came out the next day to fix. He had diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me an unofficial cost quote ahead of time, and advised about warranty situation. Sub-Zero ended up paying for parts and a portion of the labor (even though the unit was a few months out of warranty on labor). No surprises: clear diagnosis, quick resolution, and total transparency on cost. You can't ask for much more than that, can you?

The guy was very fair, professional, and very nice. He was able to assess the problem and fix it quickly. He was responsive and hard working. I was impressed with the service and the price was reasonable as well.
