I contacted Dominick Fuel for a quote to replace a broken old central air system. They sent someone (Ted) the next morning to take a look. After telling Ted the symptoms that I noticed, he offered to diagnose the system first. In 20 minutes he was able to find the problem and replaced the broken part. It's not common for contractors to turn down potential higher priced job to save money for the home owner. I have recommended Ted and Dominick Fuel to my coworkers and will definitely contact them next time.

We had a problem with our oil boiler.  We have a maintenance contract with Dominick.  After calling them, they showed up very quickly and got to work solving our problem.  Our heat was on again before I knew it.  Since we have maintenance and automatic delivery there was no charge.  I'm glad I went with Dominick.

He was wonderful. We spent about $700 a year then. He was prompt and I was on automatic deliver and he always met the delivery date. If there was a problem and I had to call him for service, he was always there. He always met the delivery date. I used him for a couple of years. It was for an investment property I owned and they were someone who could get there quickly and he provided that service at a good price.

They come out quickly and usually when they say they’re going to come out. Their prices seem reasonable although I don’t have a lot of basis for comparison. I think the office is sometimes difficult to deal with. Sometimes we have problems when we get fuel delivery that our tank clots up and I’ve asked them to deliver the fuel less often and they basically refuse. When you call, they come out.

They have been my fuel or oil provider for the last 25 years. They also put in two furnaces. They automatically fill the oil tank when needed and I don't have to worry whether they fill it or not. They do a good job when they do the annual cleaning. It has been a pleasant experience over the years. Whenever I have an emergency or something breaks down they are very responsive irrespective of weekdays or weekends. Their prices are fair though we want them to be better.
