They came immediately after the contract was signed and removed snow left by our previous snow removal company. They also repaired damage done by our previous company free of charge. They have continued to provide excellent service since then at a much lower cost than we were paying.

Can I use the word magnificent in a yard cleanup review? We live with my mother - this is her garden, which was always her pride and joy. For the past several years (she's 89) she's been unable to even walk the length of the garden, let alone work in it. The garden is sloped, making it even more difficult to get up to the back of it. I love to weed (no one bothers you, because NOBODY wants to help with the weeding), but my mother had not wanted me touching anything in that back garden, because those weeds had some flowers (and quot;at least they're some colorand quot;), and more recently, when the and quot;colorfuland quot; weeds had been overcome, along with all of her lovely flowers, by the ugly, invasive weeds, I messed up my knee and am unable to do the thing I love most about the summer - gardening. Enough background. After a rather bad night, I woke up to my husband saying and quot;do you know there's people working in the garden?and quot; And hurriedly got out of bed, dressed, and ambled out the door to see a good amount of brown earth showing for the first time in years in the garden. Damato Landscaping had gotten there and gotten right to work, doing exactly what I had discussed with Bryan during our initial meeting. The guys were very nice, telling me to let them know if I wanted anything handled a certain way, very quick in their work - and as an added bonus for us, they were very kind to my 46 year old special needs brother who thought they were wonderful because they waved to him and whistled back to him when he whistled at them (he's non-verbal). Our hedges, which had grown overly tall and wide, were trimmed expertly and we can now see from one end of the yard to the other, which is great for my mother who likes to watch the passers-by in the street after work, pushing carriages or walking their dogs. I was truly impressed with Bryan, who stopped by in the early afternoon to see how things were going. He asked his crew if they had taken a break for lunch, and upon hearing that his guys had not done so, told them that he wanted them to stop and have their lunch and take that break. He told me that he has very good workers - treating them well most likely helps keep them in his employ. We looked over a couple of other things in the yard, and my neighbor came over and we discussed some additional work between the two properties, which we'll set a date for when things get a bit less hectic for Bryan and his crew. The only reason I gave a and quot;goodand quot; for punctuality was because the work was done a week or so later than we had spoken of; I spoke with Bryan in the interim and he explained how backed up they were, and I was okay with that, but I just wanted to give an accurate review. This did not affect my overall impression of Damato Landscaping one bit. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for their particular services.

Bryan answered my call quickly, came out, surveyed my landscape, made some excellent suggestions within a very reasonable price and time range which met my immediate needs. Performed all work as described and promised. No hitches. A very painless process. He was an absolute delight... would not hesitate to call him again.

I have a small but intricate front garden, planted by someone with a green thumb (not me!) and it had gotten completely overgrown--I couldn't keep up with it. I called Damato Landscaping based on reviews from this site and could not be happier.
They were responsive, thoughtful and prompt. Bryan met me right away and we talked about what I needed. He responded to follow-up emails quickly and clearly. He came back with a team a few days later and did a beautiful job. His quote was fair and the bill was exactly what we'd discussed--he even suggested a few things I could easily do on my own, rather than paying him to do it, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend him and will gladly hire him again.
