I hit a patch of compacted ice in my mini cooper at a resonable speed, and managed to break my undercarraige splash guard and also misalign my bumper as well as both front fender panels. I called mini of Fairfield County (whom I hold in great regard and trust implicitly) and they recommended Casale's. I took the car there on a Saturday morning on one day's notice and met with Russ.
First and foremost, from the outset, they demonstrated a geniune interest to help get my repair work done as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. I told them that I was not going to claim from insurance and that I was going to pay out of pocket and Russ always kept that in mind. They proceeded to undertake the work over the course of the weekend, calling me with a full damage report upon completion of their assessment and then again once they had priced up the repair work with a comprehensive estimate.
They completed the work on time and completely on budget. The work appeared to be top notch (admitting that I am no auto body expert) and the car had been washed, cleaned and looked perfect. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the Norwalk station on the Monday afternoon after the work had been completed, and drive me back to the auto shop to make payment. All in all, a fantastic experience from Russ, Hamza and the Casale team.
Not only would I use them again, I am in fact already scheduling repair work to my other car that I am looking to sell. In me, they have earned a customer for life (hopefully though I wont be finding myself at the autoshop any time soon!!) and I would have no hesitation recommending Russ and the Casale team as an autobody shop. Oh, and for the record, I have no affilliation whatsoever with Casale's or any of the members.
