I was involved in an accident where a hit-and-run driver struck my car forcefully and damaged the back/passenger side of my car. I had used Casale a few years ago and had been happy with their work and service. I decided to use them again, and I am very happy that I did! They did an awesome job on the car, even fixing other small scrapes and scratches that had already been there, so the car looks better than before the accident! Their customer service was great also. They were friendly, courteous, worked with my insurance, and had the work done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Casale. They made a stressful situation a lot easier.

I have been going to Casale's for auto repairs for several years. On my latest visit, I had them repair damage to a door on my Audi A6. The expense was coming out of my pocket. The guys at the front desk, especially Russ, took care to find a used replacement door that was the exact same color as my car, eliminating the need for painting and saving me a bundle. They took all the dings out of the replacement door, touched up little scratches on my car, washed and cleaned the vehicle, and did it all in just a couple of days. My experience with these guys has been totally positive.

Let me start by saying that I was pretty surprised by the previous report written about Casale's. My experience with them couldnt have been further from the BMW owner's experience.
I hit a patch of compacted ice in my mini cooper at a resonable speed, and managed to break my undercarraige splash guard and also misalign my bumper as well as both front fender panels. I called mini of Fairfield County (whom I hold in great regard and trust implicitly) and they recommended Casale's. I took the car there on a Saturday morning on one day's notice and met with Russ.
First and foremost, from the outset, they demonstrated a geniune interest to help get my repair work done as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. I told them that I was not going to claim from insurance and that I was going to pay out of pocket and Russ always kept that in mind. They proceeded to undertake the work over the course of the weekend, calling me with a full damage report upon completion of their assessment and then again once they had priced up the repair work with a comprehensive estimate.
They completed the work on time and completely on budget. The work appeared to be top notch (admitting that I am no auto body expert) and the car had been washed, cleaned and looked perfect. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the Norwalk station on the Monday afternoon after the work had been completed, and drive me back to the auto shop to make payment. All in all, a fantastic experience from Russ, Hamza and the Casale team.
Not only would I use them again, I am in fact already scheduling repair work to my other car that I am looking to sell. In me, they have earned a customer for life (hopefully though I wont be finding myself at the autoshop any time soon!!) and I would have no hesitation recommending Russ and the Casale team as an autobody shop. Oh, and for the record, I have no affilliation whatsoever with Casale's or any of the members.

I honestly cannot imagine a more incompetent body shop, let alone a more incompetent body shop that "specializes" in BMWs. Do yourself a big favor and AVOID Casale Assoc. I took my brand new 2011 BMW there as recommended by BMW of Darien (my former dealership) after a car backed into my drivers side, and the work that Casale Assoc. did to my car was absolutely horrendous (grayish speckles in clear coat, inadeqaute paint matching, dirt specs in paint, paint specs all over the interior of my driver door, unclearcoated areas, paint clumps between quarterpanel and side skirt, driver window not operating properly, etc.). In fact the work was so horrendous after the first time that they had to repaint the entire driver's side of my car for a second time and correct all other issues they caused. And the second attempt was so bad that Casales had to repaint my driver's side a third time. And the third time was so horrendous (including among other things that they actually used some sort of super glue or epoxy to glue down a piece of window trim and even got the glue on the new paint job) that they had to paint my driver's side a fourth time. I was also told by the owner that he did the third round of paint work. So apparently the owner attempted to fix my brand new BMW with glue, and he serioulsy thought that would be ok? Additionally, after the fourth round of paintwork my driver door locks and window were riddled with problems and it took BMW of Darien months to fix the all problems. Then just a couple months later, paint began chipping off my driver door when I touched the edge. Now I will be having my car's driver side repainted for a fifth time, this time out of my own pocket because there is no way I would ever take my BMW back to Casale Assoc. To me it seemed just as if my new BMW was the first BMW that Casale's had ever repaired and painted, to say the least. It was obvious that Casale's quality standards are a joke and based on my experience they don't deserve to be in business, let alone in the business of repairing luxury cars. The work they did on my car was disgraceful. Furthermore, my experience with Casale's was so bad that I've even split ties with BMW of Darien for recommending them. I am 100% convinced that any positive reviews posted about Casale's are from family or friends of the body shop's owners because from what I've seen this shop is incapable of doing any work that even the average person would consider adequate. Again, I urge you to avoid Casales Assoc. completely!! They claim to be a high-end body shop, but my experience demonstrated that they are bottom-of-the-barrel!!
