What a breeze. We were in and out of the showroom in less than half an hour. We told them what we were looking for - something attractive and soft underfoot, but inexpensive because it would be in the master walk-in closet. Each of the first two samples they pulled weren't suitable and we explained why, and they understood what we were saying so well that the 3rd selection was what we purchased. It happened to be an in-stock item, so they were ready to install whenever we were. They had to wait over a month for construction to be finished, and that was no problem. I called to schedule installation and got the date I requested. They arrived within the specified time, worked quickly and quietly, and were very nice. The carpet looks great.

It was an insurance job. They did a great job with the carpet on the selection, price and installation but we were disappointed in the tile work. I will not use them again in the future.

They were just fine. I did not have any complaints. They cleaned up after themselves. We needed to get one other carpet in right away. They got that one in a day or two later while we were waiting for another one to be delivered. They did a good job. They delivered what they told me.

Installers were prompt and very professional. Did a very good job. Can't really tell there's a seam-very good job all around. The rug is perfect. Actually, I'm writing this about 6 months late and the rug is perfect. If and when we ever need another carpet(doubtful for years)we would absolutely go back.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I LIKED THAT THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND FLEXIBLE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL WITH THEIR SHOW UP TIMES. I WOULD SAY THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES, BUT WE ALSO GOT THE CARPET WE WERE LOOKING FOR. IT IS REALLY SOFT.

THEY HAD A MEXICAN GUY DO THE WORK and HE WAS HILARIOUS. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO RIP THE OLD CARPET OUT and INSTALL THE NEW ONE. THEY WERE VERY NICE. I OFFERED HIM A BEER and INVITED HIM TO SIT DOWN and WATCH TV FOR A SECOND, BUT HE DIDN'T TAKE IT.
