AWFUL. This is the worst cable company we have ever worked with, without a doubt. We paid extra for premium channels (HBO, international, etc.), but they worked at best only 2-4 days a week. We called and called and had dozens of techs visit. The techs complained about the quality of the companies services and said the bandwith was too small in Westchester County to support all the premium channels. We were refused credits on our account and supervisors never called back when they promised after we escalated our case. We switched companies and haven't looked back. Watch out for this company, because they entice you with low prices but then screw you with abismal quality.

The company is extremely professional and, most importantly, listens to its customers. The install was completed THE DAY AFTER all consents to access from other property owners were granted. A very complex install was done in about five hours of intensive work. This would have been considerably less if the builder of the house had consulted Cablevision; there were serious blunders in wire placement by the builder and the Cablevision crew and I worked out a solution with minimal wiring interference with the attractive facade of my house. The service is all up, running and excellent.

THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX WHATEVER WAS WRONG WITHIN THREE HOURS COMPARED TO OTHER CABLE COMPANIES WE'VE TRIED USING. WE RECEIVED ALL THE RIGHT CHANNELS AND WE WERE SUPPOSED TO. WE ONLY HAD TO PAY TIP.

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLING THE CABLE MODEM; BUT ALSO THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CABLE COMING FROM THE TV SO A PERSON CAME AND FIXED IT. CABLEVISION IS VERY HELPFUL, AND I'M GLAD I CHOSE THEIR CABLE. IT'S THE BEST AROUND.
