"I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME AND ALWAYS WELCOME CUSTOMER RESPONSE AND TRY TO ADDRESS ALL CUSTOMER CONCERNS WHEN I KNOW ABOUT THEM. I AM AN OWNER OPERATOR. I CLEANED ON MAY 13 2005 SO I DON'T REALLY RECALL THE SPECIFIC JOB BUT WOULD REMEMBER IF I SAW THE ROOM. ACCORDING TO MY RECORDS SHE WAS A REFERRAL FROM "HER MOM" AND I CLEANED A ROOM APPROX. 200 SQ FT. FOR A TOTAL OF $106, MY THEN MINIMUM. I ALWAYS TRY TO ADDRESS THINGS THAT DON'T LOOK RIGHT OR THAT MIGHT BE CONCERNS OF THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE I START AND AGAIN WHEN I LEAVE THE JOB AND I ALWAYS TELL THEM TO CALL IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS. I STAND BEHIND MY WORK AND GET THE CARPET AS CLEAN AS IT WILL ALLOW. IF THE CARPET DOESN'T CLEAN UP WELL, THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH I CAN DO. SOMETIMES A REDO WILL YIELD BETTER RESULTS AND IF A CUSTOMER CALLS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME I OFTEN DO THE REDO FOR NO CHARGE. I FEEL BADLY THAT I'VE LOST A CUSTOMER. HOWEVER, WONDER WHY I WASN'T CALLED FIRST AND ALSO WHY SHE LEFT ME A BAD RATING ALMOST A YEAR LATER?"
