Showed up on time and finished in 2 days.

Very prompt, good quality, didn't over-charge (explained how there were fewer boards to replace than expected, re-flashed chimneys.  Only complaint was that they were a little less thorough in initial clean-up than expected, but they rectified.

Bailiwick is a good roofing company.  They stand behind their work.  Guy is very hands-on and his team was punctual, courteous, and professional.  Guy is the owner and he does not hesitate to tell you that he charges a premium for his work but you get a premium product.  I had a few roofing estimates that were all over the map, but when you boil down what he did (skylights, new flashing, permits, gutters, and downspouts, etc) I feel I got a fair trade.  It was a large roof (took about 10 days from start to finish).  It's a big project but I was happy that Bailiwick did it in the end

Baliwick replaced my old roof and installed an outstanding new roof.  The work was done on time and extremely professional.  All costs were known before the work started and when it was completed the cleanup was fantastic, no shingles or nails anywhere.  This was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor.  I would strongly suggest you call them if you need a new roof

It went great!  The new roof looks great and we can't see where the old roof ends and the new one begins. Bailiwick was very professional.  They showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day,  We will definitely use them again.

Great work- neat, clean and professional crew.  Job was completed quickly.  I enjoyed working with the owner- he is very knowledgeable.  Price is appropriate with fully insured crew- couldn't find any others with full insurance.

I thought they did a very good job and that their price was fair. I thought their guy was professional and knew what he was talking about. He also was personable and I felt comfortable with him.

I have a fairly large house and needed to replace the roof after 23 years. I received several estimates and almost went with the cheapest. Thankfully I spent a lot of time on the internet researching what needed to be done to replace a roof. I realized that most of the cheaper estimates were simply leaving out important parts of the job to lower the cost. 

Guy was not the cheapest contractor but I found him to be the most honest of them all. He told me upfront what was really required to do the job right and what it would cost. He told me when he could start and showed up the morning he promised. The job took about two weeks and he crew couldn't have been better. At the end of each day they made sure the job site was cleaned and neat.

His crew is incredibly professional and worked very hard, working 10 hour days. Their work was excellent and our roof looks great. We replaced the flashing on all areas so much of the siding had to be removed. When they were all finished the siding looked like nothing had been disturbed. 

My only regret is that Guy does not do more then roofing since I will not be able to hire him again for another 30 years. If you need a roof in CT  this company is the one you should use.

Everything went well, including the picking up the roofing materials that landed on the ground around the garage. However, there were no tarps laid in the interior of the garage, which meant that granular detritus covered everything in a blanket of 'ash' and I had to spend several hours cleaning it with broom and vacuum.

Bailiwick did a great job - came when they said they woudl be here, cleaned up nicely each day.  Thought that the price was a bit high.  My only complaint was that over this past winter I had some ice damming and they didnt have the capability to get here to help me out.

They have been excellent. They are meticulous and very quick, and their quality of work is excellent. They go in, take off the old roof, pick everything up and put the new roof on. Everything is cleaned up perfectly. I have recommended them to the neighbors and other people, and every time I recommend them to somebody, they gave me $100 rebate; it just feeds on itself. I would guess that their price is pretty reasonable because my husband dealt with them, and he is not one to spend more than what is necessary. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They performed all services professionally and on time. The principal of the business, Guy Poirier, always returned my calls promply and his team worked professionlly and efficiently to coplet the job. Bailiwick's pricing wasn't the lowest bid, but it was compeitive. I have a very large and and difficult to access cedar shingle roof and quality execution was paramount.

The job was done nicely and professionally. Guy (owner) did the work when he said he was going to, he was easily available for questions, etc. His guys cleaned up nicely each day. The price was a bit higher than the other roofer I quoted, but I had 2 friends that had used him several years ago, and they both had had great experiences, so it was worth it to me to pay the premium for the roof as I don't want to have to re-do this for a very long time!

The owner, Guy Poirier, spent plenty of time with us, going over what we needed and making recommendations. He is very professional, has informative literature, and uses quality materials. He kept in touch during the scheduling process. 4 roofers worked two 12-hour days in 85 degree heat to complete the job. They were pleasant, fast, efficient, and asked questions when necessary, instead of assuming. Cleanup was thorough and no plantings were harmed during the job. Excellent service and workmanship. Roof looks beautiful.
