Trevor arrived punctually and gave a thorough inspection including finding and carrying out a flying squirrel carcass from the attic. His competitor didn't think it was necessary to go in the house during his inspection. It was quickly apparent to me that Trevor was very experienced and knows what he is doing. They arrived to do the work as scheduled and it appears as if they sealed exactly as promised. I really won't know for certain if the treatment was effective until next summer but I suspect it will be and he provides a ten year warranty so I'm not concerned. The only reason I didn't rate price as excellent is because it wasn't cheap however his price was considerably less than his competitor. It is dangerous work as I have a sloped property and a two story house with a tall roof line so I think it was reasonable.
If you have a bat problem I recommend All about bats and Wildlife as your first call.
Beginning to end, great work by All about Bats & Wildlife. They provided thorough advice on my first call, offered seven days of service for my money and placed traps each day confirming wildlife activity with a postcard in my mailbox every evening to say what they had done, caught or released. I was able to call them to ask questions, report any little fellas who were trapped early before I left for work and they gave me solid info on what to release and why, how to seal off my deck and general 'living in the woods' considerations.
Well, turns out we never did catch Woody Woodchuck and family even though they soft-plugged his hole and reconfigured the traps every which way. We came to the conclusion that Woody & Co. must have moved on. However, when I finally realized my service period was over and looked up the date they had started - get this, they had given me not seven but THIRTEEN days of service - at no extra cost just because they are genuinely committed to their wildlife projects and to solving people's problems.
Recommend John & Team 100 percent.
"Thank you [Member's name removed] for the kind words :) We really try hard and are committed first and foremost to helping. I think Woody and Co. showed up at my house and pillaged my cucumbers (which John promptly caught and relocated). Best, Reid Boone - President All About Bats & Wildlife"
I called All About Bats and Wildlife based on the reviews from Angie's List. The message that I left was returned the next day and service was scheduled that following day. The provider arrived RIGHT on time, went right to work, explaining everything that he saw, and what he would do to handle the situation. He worked quickly, was thorough, and quite professional.
He identified a few possible entry points but continued to inspect around and under the house to ensure that he had done a thorough job. Sure enough, the construction workers had created a large entry point that they failed to close off. The provider sealed four possible entry points and traps were left in case any mice remained in the house.
Almost three weeks later, there hasn't been any indication that mice are in the house. I would definitely recommend this company!
