Andy made the process very easy for us. We talked with 3 different contractors to get their ideas and quote our project. I did a rough drawing of what we wanted done, and Andy took it from there. He cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day so we would not have to walk through dust and debris,....he also stayed on schedule with his estimated time-line for the project. We demolished the current cement basement floor so that we could run the waste pipes under the floor and install the pump-grinder system to put the waste up into our septic system. He then framed in the new bathroom and storage areas, insulated, electrical, drywall, and drop ceiling were installed. I found a vanity cabinet on-line that I liked, and so I ordered it to be delivered here to the house and Andy and his crew took care of the installation,...etc. for the toilet, vanity and shower. We then had a glass company come in and install custom shower glass enclosure for the corner shower that was tiled in travertine tile.
Description of Work: We added a full bathroom to our basement by adding a pump grinding system that pump/grinds all water/sewage up into our existing lines to get to our septic tank. Andy was wonderful to work with and was always on time, prompt and responsive to our needs. He had certified electricians and plumbers come in to do the job, met all codes and permits, and it all runs great and looks awesome! He did some custom cabinetry in the bathroom to take advantage of a otherwise corner angle that would have been wasted space....now its a high end custom built in shelving unit for towels, soap, and whatever we need.
