 + -1 moreAs I said above I'm happy with the service but not the price. I wish it had been made clear to me that the actual cost would be $700.00 more than what I was told. I don't appreciate not knowing there were hidden costs with the service.
Description of Work: We had two squirrels in our attic. At the initial evaluation John arrived and said the entire removal of the squirrels would cost $500.00. One squirrel was caught quickly and the other one wasn't caught for almost two more months. John made repeated visits to check the trap. The final charge was $1200.00 which was in excess of 700.00 of what John said the cost would be. I didn't know about the charge until I read my credit card statement. I called the AAVON office and was told by the receptionist that John would call me to explain. He never called. He also damaged some of the facing on the roofline that I have to have repaired. While I'm happy with the service the shock of the excess charges lowers their rating.
