 + -1 moreTrailer Depot (TD) installed a SnowEx 7200 LT snowplow with Scrape Maxx option on my 2001 Mazda truck. The entire exprience went smoothly, as I describe below. Prior to the purchase and installation, TD folks were all very responsive to my email questions: Omar, Shane, and Matt are the people I dealt with. When I visited the facility for the first time, I found it clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming. They do not make anyone feel uncomfortable if he/she has never owned a truck, trailer, or plow before. Personnel are knowledgeable about the products and actually steered me from a Western light duty plow toward a SnowEx due to SnowEx's Automatixx mount system. I trusted their expertise. The actual installation was very neat and clean and Shane explained plow operation and mount/dismount until I was comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or that any question I asked was foolish. I thank the entire team at Trailer Depot; although I've yet to use the plow, I feel good knowing that you're close by and responsive should I need you. I'd recommend TD to anyone requiring their products or services.
