As usual, Paul's workers were talented and considerate. There was extensive plaster dust, but they kept the mess under control, so it didn't spread to other parts of the house. They did a great job, and we're still enjoying it 4 years later. In fact, we've had them return to do more work in other parts of the house, including a roof. He's not the cheapest contractor, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for. It must mean something that he keeps the same people employed for many years--perhaps it means that he pays them decently and treats them with the respect they deserve.

The workers were very nice, efficient, and clearly very capable. They had to deal with some special problems that come with a very old (1852) house that hasn't been particularly well maintained. They were quiet and considerate (I work at home). They cleaned up thoroughly every night. Considering how expensive the windows were, the overall price was quite reasonable.

Paul Guarniere, who owns The Handyman Workshop, did an excellent job for us. He showed up on time and worked very hard. He was also professional and friendly. There was no mess left and his price was just fine. I've already recommended him to many of my friends. He can do much more than just roofing.
