At the time of the installation (Feb. 2006), it seemed like they did a good job, but three of the windows have since failed. Since they're under warranty, David was/is obligated to replace them. Whenever I've contacted him to do that, it has take months and months and required repeated contact from me to get the new window installed. He has always given me personal excuses for the delays. Even if the excuses are true, I find them unprofessional. The last time, I asked him to just send one of his workers, which seems like a completely obvious solution. He finally did, but the replacement window was incorrect (it didn't have the grid I'd orignially paid for). David said he'd order it and contact me when it came in. That was at least 6 months ago.

Excellent service provided. They showed up on time and they were finished when they said they would be. Workers were courteous and professional. We obtained 3 estimates, they were the lowest bid.
