Chuck was right-on-time and called ahead as promised. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly skilled. He explained the risk of going with his suggested repair, in that a bad compressor could, in coming days, burn out this new part and the repair would be a waste. With most similar new units costing more than a grand I rolled the dice. He did the work quickly and waited afterward to ensure the unit was cooling and not showing any signs of trouble. Chuck was friendly and made friendly conversation, but at the same time I was able to work at my computer undisturbed. The whole experience was perfect, above expectations. The ice trays are freezing as I type. Start to finish in one work-from-home day. This is a guy I would recommend to others.
