From our first call to Potter's Oil Services we felt as if we were the only customers they had. Friendly, responsive and quick service was a wonderful surprise after dealing with a different company for the last 24 years. Within two weeks of the original phone call the job was complete. The workers were fast, careful, respectful and the work was beautifully done.

Potters has been the oil and furnace provider for us since we bought the house in 1977, and I believe was the service provider tor the prior owners as well. Therefore they were very familiar with the needs and quirks of our heating system. The Potter's personnel (Rick in particular) did extensive research on the types of furnace technology that would meet our needs and explained and presented us with several options. He further explored the options for locating the new oil tank we needed to install and unfortunately we had to rule out an interior installation due to the architecture of the home. We were presented with several options for an exterior installation, including putting the tank back in the ground, but found a solution for an exterior solution.
Every step of the project was well planned coordinated and executed right down to ensuring that the site/yard were left in excellent condition.
We have always been pleased with Potter's regular oil and furnace service, including sending a repair person once year on Christmas night when we had no heat (sorry for that folks). They are a small company that know their customer base and do an excellent job of customer service.
We highly recommend them.

The technicians arrived on time. They cleaned and serviced the furnace, checked the oil tank, change the oil filter, and ran diagnostics. They explained the procedures when I had questions.

We have a yearly maintenance program with them. The part was $15 and the program itself was approximately $300 per year. We have been with them since 1985 and they are wonderful.

Potter's Oil Service stands behind their work. They came at the agreed time, got the work done, and were very diligent. They also deliver our oil and are very reliable and dependable with that. I was really impressed when I had to call them back a few days later because it wasn't working quite right and they came back promptly, fixed the problem, and did not charge me.
