Pumped 1250 septic tank. I did the digging to the access. If they have to it will cost you more.
Prior to his arrival I made sure there was a clear path way up my driveway (it's a truck, not a corolla... he needs some room) and across my yard/patio.
Arrived a few minutes early, was done in about 30 min. Took care not to damage my lawn with either the truck or effluent when breaking pipes down.

My family has been using Richard E White and sons for years. They are always been very nice, on time, and always come back with the lowest price. They have never pushed services on me that I didn't need like other companies have in the past. If I have an issue they come out and check out the problem before charging you an insane price.

Excellent! We had a few companies come out who quoted very high estimates and lengthy durations to complete the work. I'm so glad we found Richard's company on Angies List!
Both he and his grandson were a pleasure to work with and very honest about our options. We found we didn't have to replace the whole system and it saved us quite a bit of money, and many sleepless nights wondering how we were going to pay the thousands the other companies had quoted. Everyone was very pleasant to work with (including Donna, who coordinated the arrangements :-). They completed the work in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results. I've told my family and some of my friends about our experience with this company, we would certainly use them again shoud we need to.

He was on time and finished job in about 20minutes. He charged me just for the digging. Buyer paid for the inspection and pumping. Very reasonable.

The gentleman arrived 30 minutes before the appointment and went right to work. He was done in just a few minutes. Everything was clean and odorless.

Richard E White and Sons showed up on time and got the cleaning done in a timely fashion. They provided the services at a reasonable price, compared to some local dishonest competitors.
The pumping for a 1000 gallon tank was $250 and the inspection was an additional $50. Other companies out there will try to charge $300 for the inspection- BEWARE. They say that they will dig up the septic, and dig beyond to evaluate the and quot;distribution boxand quot;. I spoke with several septic companies who said that that was unnecessary with proper septic maintanance.
The receptionist was courteous and their schedule was flexible. Overall a good experience.

I had called 3 different company's to come drain our septic. First one wanted $357( usually $257 but extra hundred for a Sunday) plus $120 to snake. but couldn't make it till maybe too late, and was a bit far. Second company, more than happy to come asap. However, only a couple dollars cheaper. Then Richard's company called and was $250 flat, no weekend cost, no snake fee, 7 days a week. The man that came was smoking on my property, but you know, given his profession kind of hard to complain about how he smelled. :) They were VERY professional, cheap did the job we needed done and even dug down to clean the other cap and snake it with no extra charge. We had another company for Years. But very glad to have found another local small business we can help support, and lives so close to us. very good experience ;) well at least with this company. Not so great having your septic clogged into your house...

Overall he did a good job. Thanks to Angie's list for sending me the septic tank cleaner. I asked my friends which company is a good septic tank cleaner. They all mentioned : " Richrad E. White and Sons" is a good one.

Arrived early, gave me some pointers to maintain my tank. Less expensive than company I previously used.
