Our traditional tank water heater failed, and we decided to buy a technologically-advanced tankless, on-demand model to replace it. The installation of such a unit requires two licensed professionals: a plumber and an electrician (I did the basic unit mounting work myself). On a general contractor friend's recommendation, I called Paul Bliven for the plumbing hookup. Being without hot water is "nearly" an emergency situation. Realizing this urgency, Paul juggled his schedule to get us a prompt appointment. He showed up right on time. He was extremely neat: he laid out packing blankets as drop cloths to protect our flooring surfaces anywhere he placed tools and materials. He was very well equipped with specialty tools (for example, costly power tools to mount fittings on PEX flexible tubing). He completed our job quickly. AND, he's the kind of professional, personable gentleman that I like to hire. Thanks, Paul.
