custom cabinets
 + -1 moreI received a pretty quick response and was told that they would have a salesperson contact me. I received an email from the salesperson's (Josh) cell phone. He asked if I was available to meet on either Thursday (which had already gone by) or Friday before 7 p.m. Now not only would that put me in a not-so-great part of town in the dark, it was just 3 hours from when I received the email! I sent back an email stating that this was not a good way to treat prospective customers. I then got back an auto-reply from the Josh's cell phone stating that Josh was going to be out of town until Tuesday of next week!!! I have to wonder if I did agree to meet with Josh that evening if I would have been waiting outside a locked building alone, in the dark in New Britain. I explained this fiasco in an email back to the person who first suggest Josh as a salesperson for me. I received a reply back from the owner, David Trachen, telling me that I should go elsewhere!!!
Description of Work: I was referred by a patient (I'm an APRN doing home visits.) who had recommended this company so I went to their website and sent an email communication because I could not find their hours of operation. I wanted to know if they were open to the public or not - they are not open to the public. I sent an email from their website requesting this info.
