The Maids are excellent - I'm always excited to come home after they've visited. They clean all the obvious areas, but also vacuum furniture and vacuum under furniture. Some things in the kitchen, like the range hood, were still a little sticky, and the typical monthly cleaning package doesn't include cleaning inside the fridge or oven (although we could add those a la carte if we want). The team leaves their names and who was responsible for each area cleaned so if we have any problems (which we haven't), they'll come back to fix it. We get a reminder the day before and a text when they're on their way. We're very pleased with the service - it makes our busy lives just a little bit easier.
