Mike gave us a fair price. Has a great positive attitude and listens to the customer and responds wonderfully. Loves the work and is proud of his work- that I think makes all the difference! We had a lot of work done by contractors this year for different things- Mike and Rock Designs was the best this year!

We are delighted with the results from Rock Designs. Mike Perito widened the existing area of the walkway, laid down crushed rock, then placed the Nicolock pavers in a random pattern and sealed them in place, flush with the lawn. He even added two steps from the walkway down to street level. The new walkway is not only more attractive but is safer than the old one because it is wider and smoother.

It went extremely well as has come to be expected from Rock Designs. Professional, honest, punctual, and creative has been my experience with Mike and his team. I am very pleased with the dialogue, the processes used and the end result. Will definitely use Rock Designs again.

Fantastic. Mike was responsive, creative with his design, prompt, and thorough. I took estimates from 4 other vendors and Mike's bid was by far the most reasonable. Mike was on site for all of the work as well. Would definitely hire for other projects in the future.

Very courteous, professional and prompt. After our new masonry retaining wall was installed, we hired this company again in September to lay sod, where heavy equipment had been used to access and remove our old retaining wall materials and shrubbery in our neighbor's backyard.

The job went quite well, the original job was to install the patio first and make the retaining walls and walkway another job. Mike was very efficient with the prep work, the removal of existing walls , porch, etc. We decided to do it all in one job. It came out great, with  artistic touches that enhance the entire job. He listened to our ideas and incorporated a few of them into the project. We are all very happy  with the work and would recommend Rock Designs LLC, to anyone.

Mike worked with us the whole time, offering much needed design suggestions along the way. He did the job when he said he would and the quality was first rate.  His biggest concern was getting it done right and he did just that.

To sum up in just a few words - SUPERIOR WORK AND OUTSTANDING VALUE! Prior to hiring Rock Designs LLC, I had received several estimates from other contractors. A few of them seemed overly pricey, another was pretty vague on price and installation, while another seemed competitive with Rock Design. However, none of them took the time that Mike Perito, owner of Rock Design, did in carefully explaining exactly what and how he would proceed, as well as the product itself. What I also liked about Mike was that he was punctual, thoughtful and a genuinely nice person. After contracting with him (at an extraordinarily fair price), he showed up on time, exactly when he said he would. He completed my patio in just 2 days! The first day he brought the process material and he and a worker completely leveled, prepped and compacted the area. On his return (still totally on schedule) he began the actual installation. He was very careful and meticulous, and the outcome was spectacular! But if the outcome and quality of the work itself wasn't enough, Mike went the extra distance - at no additional cost! - to go to a local nursery near my home and pick up yard of top soil to dress AND seed the area around the patio! That wasn't part of the deal and totally unexexpected on my part. Mike just went the extra distance, at his own cost, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Mike and his company (Rock Designs LLC) to family and friends, and I would absolutely use him again for any additional work I may need! Thanks Mike!

This retaining wall was not a big job but was done with the utmost professionalism. Done in a timely fashion, worked very neatly and had a few recommendations which improved the end result of the retaining wall. mike has done work for us before, 2 years ago he put in a beautiful decorative walk which still looks as good as the day he finished. Many comments on the walk way as well as the retaining wall, all positive and we will use him again as well as recommend him

Mike was incredibly patient and attentive. He listened to our ideas, and gave his professional feedback. He did the work safely and quickly. The patio was put in within 4 days, the stairs took another 2 days. His prices were great, significantly lower than any other estimates I got from competing businesses. The patio and stairs came out great!!!!
