I experienced an ice d*** that caused water to leak into one room on the main floor. Our insurance sent over Pro Klean to inspect the area and assess what needed removal and repair. They did a thorough job inspecting the room, all adjoining rooms, the rooms on the upstairs floor and also the basement to assess for any further water damage. The crew sent over to remove the water damaged drywall and insulation did a good, clean job ensuring not to damage any area's not requiring removal. They left several air blower and dehumidifiers in the room for 3 days to ensure all the wood was completely dry. Overall they were respectful and professional. They did not perform the repair due to scheduling but I was ready to have them do so.
Description of Work: Removed water damaged drywall and insulation and dried out interior wood beams.
