They took the cover off and removed some leaves.  They also put in some shock.  The water was then greenish black and you could not see the bottom of the    pool.  I was told to keep the filter going and call them if the pool needed additional cleaning.  There would be an additional charge.  There are still manyl eaves on the bottom of the pool.  The water is a dark cloudy green.  I will never use this company again.

We used them as they are familiar with the pool, having been maintained by them for the prior owners of our property. On the opening they did not really vacuum the sand out of the bottom very well and forgot to remove on of the filter plugs, however they did show us how to use the pump etc as we have never had a pool before. The closing went better.

WE CALLED THEM WHEN IT BROKE DOWN AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE A LOOK. THEY ENDED UP HAVING TO DO A LOT OF WORK TO GET IT GOING AGAIN, BUT THEY FIGURED IT OUT AND GOT IT WORKING PERFECTLY.
