broken part replaced, adjustment, greasing and even light bulb was replaced for a full service job beyond repair suggested.

I contacted Liam. He asked me to text him pictures of the damaged door and get him the model and make number.  After I did that, he called with an estimate. He scheduled the install the next day. Although he did arrive a little later than promised, I was going no where anyway and it was not a big deal. They came and installed the door smoothly with no hiccups. The door looks great and I am extremely pleased with their work and their customer service.

I had a great experience with this company. I called Liam on a Saturday and he was gracious enough to come on a Sunday to give me a quote. The pricing was reasonable and they did a great job with the finish product.

North Haven Overhead Doors came recommended by friends of ours who were  happy with the installation and support for their garage doors. When I decided to replace the aging garage doors on our house, I called the company. The consultation was easy to arrange.  I had already done a fair amount of driving around looking at doors, reading on the internet and consulting others, but let Joe start his spiel from the beginning.
He quickly assessed what my needs were; his recommendations for the property exactly fit what I had already decided I wanted. He was patient and helpful with the additional questions I had. Meanwhile, Eric assessed the garage and made a recommendation that saved me considerable work  and time in limiting the clean out necessary for the job.  After a little thought and looking around, I signed the contract. 
The work was done efficiently, courteously and well. I am very happy with the garage doors, and have had no problems so far, so  I haven't needed to check out their promised service support. Overall, I would use this company again if needed, and I recommend them highly.

Installation was completed in one afternoon. Professional and courteous service. Would recommend this company.

I called early in the morning and they were at the house and had the springs replaced by 3pm.  The cost was reasonable ($150 for service call, $90 for parts) and the guys were very professional.

I am absolutely delighted with this provider.  I called needing urgent service as the garage door spring had snapped with my car in the garage and I was unable to open the door manually. The provider himself answered my call and immediately scheduled a morning service call for the next day (I had called in the midafternoon and did not need to go out that day).  They came early in the morning and were able to replace the garage door springs and wires for a very reasonable cost.  I highly recommend this provider.  They were terrific.

A wonderful experience!  I received the estimate very quickly, and the price was competitive.  A superior product was offered compared to other higher estimates I had received.  They arrived on time, very professional and completed the work very quickly.  They explained how the opener works, provided all the documentation and demonstrated everything to me.  Very pleasant to deal with and highly recommended!

 Called them in the field approximately 11am on a Friday after garage door would only partially open with a lot of grinding noise. I was concerned I might not be able to get it fixed so late in the week but they said they would come at the end of the afternoon.    Upon  their timely arrival  the problem was identified and promptly fixed on the spot.  Liam didn't leave until he was sure things were satisfactory and all my questions were answered.  Very pleased with responsiveness and work.   Would  call them again in a heartbeat!   

Came on time.  Repair was successful.  There was only a minor problem that turned out to be easy to fix.  They also provided routine maintenance, including lubrication.  Bill was reasonable.

Fast and reliable service

This is the second time I have called Liam for help.  The first occasion was a silly call at my mother's house (door set on manual by someone who then could understand why it wouldn't go up!).  This time he came to my house twice, both times in blinding snow squalls or storms, and helped me with the door in a house I just bought.  The remotes weren't working, and Liam tried to get them to do so.  He called the manufacturer for info because the motor was very old, and Liam was able to get a remote to work.  Unfortunately, the door responded not only to my remote but to just about every other radio signal on the block.  That door went up and down constantly for a few days, and then Liam came back and gave me a wonderful new, quiet motor that works perfectly and responds only to its owner. I am really happy with this motor - everyone says, "Wow, that's a quiet door."  Liam rules.

Fabulous.  Just in time to put the car in the car for the snow storm.

Liam was very prompt in his initial reply, emailing me within 30 minutes of my inquiry. He was very courteous and extremely professional.  He did all he could to accommodate my schedule.  He explained the job and that even though only one spring had "sprung" both are typically replaced at the same time...makes sense.  He took the time to look at the other garage door and serviced those wheels as well.
I marked the cost as "N/A" as I have no frame of reference as to what is cheap vs expensive. Since he was so prompt in getting here and responding to my inquiry, I would lean towards the cost being in line for the services provided.
Would definitely call him again and recommend to others.

Service provided was professional. They came out to measure for the garage door the day I called them and replacement was ready within a week's time. Installation was done quickly and efficently. We have used them in the past and continue to do so as we have been pleased with the results.

Very prompt service. Tech came out to fix cable coming off the pulley and said cables were in good shape and no need to replace. Well within two weeks the cable was off again so second call was placed and again prompt service. I was charged for the second visit which I do not think I should have been since issue was not corrected the first time. Well I called and agreed to pay for the materials but questioned the "service charge" and we agreed on a reduced charge.

The man who went to the site called and told me one of the repairmen had set the door on "manual."  He was very polite and professional, despite having gone out of his way for a silly call.  They didn't even charge me.  I will definitely remember this company if I am looking for a door or service in the future.  Thank you, gentlemen!
