Dr. Breu gives thorough information and answers questions fully. She has always given us copies of lab results.
At one point Dr. Breu did a full work-up to rule out a potentially severe disorder. She did not test or treat beyond what was essential. She seemed almost as relieved as I was that our cat would bounce back with dietary changes.
All services are excellent. My husband and I had significant difficulty getting vet care that is good enough for our cats and for us. Dr. Breu and her staff are just what we wanted and needed. The office staff is smart and compassionate. Calls are ordinarily returned the same day. During a bad storm (office closed) I left a message, which was returned in a few hours.
Costs are average, services are superior.

We have been going to Montowese Veterinary Clinic since Otis, our Bichon Frise was a puppy. He will be 10 years old this fall. I cannot say enough about Dr. Breu. You can 'see' that she loves the animals she works with. She is very knowledgeable, patient and explains everything fully. She takes her time with each visit. The office staff is wonderful also. I believe they have been there pretty much since I started going so it is not an office with constant turnover which speaks to the stability of the practice. This practice is affiliated with the Central Veterinary Hospital in North Haven which is also wonderful. We are very happy with the care Otis has had.

My cat has an ongoing problem and Dr. Breu is very very good. I don't really know how much we spent because my husband paid for the service. Her price is average for her service in this area.

We started using them because my mother has taken her dog there for years. We are very familiar with their services. They know what they're doing, and they do a good job. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and able to answer any concerns. They were gentle in interacting with the animals.
