The whole process truly exceeded my expectations. It was quick, hassle-free, and seamless. I first made contact with Steve Hughes the flooring specialist at the North Haven store. He arranged for measuring. I was given a two hour window for measuring, but was pleasantly surprised when Bruce called me the evening before to give me a pinpoint time. Bruce even said he might be running early, and if he was he would call me from the road. He did. He measured with a laser measurer all over the two rooms and was done in 12 minutes. About 15 minutes later I had an email from Home Depot and also a telephone call from Tamika confirming the details of the purchase and the installation job. She even took payment by phone. I then received a phone call a couple of days later from Bryan at East Coast Flooring. They do the installation for Home Depot in North Haven. We set up a window between 8 and 10 a.m. and Alan and Mike from East Coast flooring were there at 8. We walked through and confirmed the details of what was to be done and they set about working and did so continually until about 1:15 p.m. when the two rooms were completed. They cleaned up thoroughly and everything looked beautiful. All of the people I dealt with throughout were nice, professional ,and informed of what the other people were doing.

The home depot store people were very nice. The installers were TERRIBLE. I will never use home depot again because they seem to have NO control over the installers, the installers could not read and repeat the diagrams that the store gave them, and there is a disconnect between the two: seller and installer. The installers had to return several times, and in the end, I finally accepted an install that was not what I wanted just to get the job completed. I would only recommend using an actual carpet company who uses and controls the installers.

Placed intial order on-line on 3/2/2012.I had to re-order fence three times because fence was delivered damaged.Order was completed on 3/29/2012.After fence was installed by contracter ( who had to come back three times ) the new fence was a little different than the previous fense purchased in the store.Same style fence purchased on-line has a different UPC CODE than fence purchased in the store. I now have a installed fense that does not match.

Everything was pretty good, and they were on top. They were very thorough. After everything was done, they did a mock through with us showing everything was where it needs to be and made sure that we can't see any of the seaming. They were really great, and it took them no time at all. They were there ten minutes earlier than they said they would be, and they were done within two hours. We had a lot of space to be covered, and they were just diligent, just worked and just left. Their price was pretty fair. We had a high-price eco friendly padding that was all biodegradable, so we were paying for what we were getting. The installation charge was like nothing. It was mostly the carpet padding that we were paying for, and they did a really good job. We had a very nice woman from Home Depot who called us several times and kept us updated on when our order was coming up. She was really nice, and she called afterwards to check up on us to see if we liked the carpet and if we were happy with our choices. The whole experience was just really nice.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE MANY DIFFERENT CHOICES THEY HAD. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEY WERE LATE TO INSTALL THE CARPET, BUT THE WORK THEY DID MADE UP FOR IT.

THEY CAME WITH THE TOOLS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ALSO DID THE EXTRA TRIM WORK AROUND THE DOORS WITHOUT ASKING ME TO PAY EXTRA. THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND VERY HONEST.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY QUICK ON GETTING THE CARPETS AND FLOOR LAID. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME. THEREFORE, I WILL NOT HAVE THEM RETURN.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WORKED AT A FAST PACE TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
